Privacy and cookies
This site doesn't use cookies, analytics or any kind of tracking. It doesn't load anything from other servers either, so no web fonts, maps or videos.
Like any web server, ours keeps an access log recording your IP address, the time, the page requested, the page you came from and details of your browser. We need it to run the site and keep it secure, which is our legitimate interest. The log is deleted automatically after 14 days.
If you email or call us, we use your details to answer your enquiry and to discuss any work that may follow. We do this because you've asked us to, before any contract is in place. We keep your details only as long as we need them for that. Contracts and invoices have to be kept for as long as accounting and tax law requires.
Our email is run by Google, which may process data in the USA; such transfers are covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. Apart from that, we only share your details where the law requires it, for example with the tax office.
You have the right to see the data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict how it's used and to take it elsewhere (data portability). You can object to processing based on our legitimate interest. You can also complain to the Czech data protection authority, Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů (www.uoou.gov.cz).
